How to increase motivation for going to work ?

I am always dredding going to work, Its not that i hate my job, I just have no motivation and must have the highest ' call in sick rate of any' Can anyone help me increase my motivation ?

I didn't get on in time to post a prcoietidn (the day I was going to was the day it was locked down), but my only prcoietidn was going to be this: Mystifying economists for years to come, Harry Potter Book 7 sales will cause J.K. Rowling to become richer than HERSELF!
