I am looking to venture into a business that is long term, tangible, and with a business model that is not too costly.

As far as location goes, where would be the best city in Malaysia to operate the business?

Will it be hard to apply and obtain a business license?

What is the business tax rate?

Is there a minimum wage to pay an employee in Malaysia?

try selling alarm and u get a lot of buyers
wallet ,handphone ,PC , car and anything with door needs alarm
